April 10, 2010 Location: Home, Keramat AU and Puchong Progress: Meeting Event Manager for Scriptory Box launching, New-Stock for Chantek-Chantek and Surprise visit from Utek! We left his home just after noon, so to let him rest, and headed to Puchong. I received an urgent request from my tailor to bank in some payment for our Bling Buubies. So, we have a major task of finding a Maybank cash deposit machine in the vicinity. Well, that's not an easy task for us, and after spending minutes to locate one, we finally opt to find it in Puchong. Only then we managed to find a workable cash deposit machine in a Petronas station (although i need to wait in queue for 20 minutes while the machine is being repaired). Alhamdulillah, the next trip is a smooth one. Managed to top-up the supplies of gift boxes from my supplier and head back to my house with ease. No jams, No erratic drivers, No cursing, and No hiccup. Managed to get some nap afterwords and it's about 6pm when i received a text message from my brother, Utek! He'll come to visit me after dinner. Utek arrived around 9.30pm and we chatted for an hour. He came to return some accessories. We planned to visit IKEA tomorrow. Maybe will need to pick-up utek first since he wish to join us. Nite everybody (hugs and kisses to my sons in Taiping~ Umi misses u so much!)..
April 07, 2010 Location: Home, Puchong and Putrajaya Progress: Meeting Supplier for Bling Auto Puchong, Scriptory Box opening issues,etc. Since most of the invitees are mothers (or mother's to be), we really hope for it to be very special. It will not just for us, but also for the community. So today, we (me+partners) have arranged for a meeting with a potential supplier for products to be used in Auto Care Puchong. The meeting was a smooth one, as the supplier was really supportive and the products can be tailor-made to suit our requirement (on monetary issues especially!) So, the way forward was to wait for the quotation from the supplier. As for us, to find an investor! ;p Then, we proceed Home to settle my pending house-chores (well..the normal things..) and to rest a while. Well, it's past noon and today the sun was really generous! So, relaxing in the sanctuary of my home was indeed the luxury. Managed to reply some inquiries via email while waiting for my eyes to shut. zzzz... At 4pm we headed to Putrajaya to bank in last weeks' collection for Bling Auto, plus to grab some late Lunch+dinner. Arrived home around 7pm, managed to water my plants and feed my fishes. Nights was when i manage my emails/websites/ventures. Not a time for creativity, but for routine works. Awake until 3am. March 18 - 20, 2010 Location: Home Progress: Bling Boutique production management, Scriptory Box website and launching management, Bling Auto Care Puchong setup Once they left, my living room was a mess. I need to somehow clean it to a decent condition immediately, as i was scheduled for a visit to Taiping later today. So, with my husband's assistance, we managed to vacuum the mess, mopped the affected floor and rearranging my furniture within the hour and by 8pm, we were already on our way to Taiping. We managed a brief stop in Putra Height to ensure everything is alright, plus having a small dinner. The journey was a leisure one. We cruised in a decent speed, chit chatting our way to Taiping. We arrived in Taiping around 12.30 am and to our surprise, Aisy was widely awake and waiting for us! Oh, how we missed him and Airy.. March 17, 2010 Location: Home Progress: Uploading product for Telekung Raudhah, upgrading Bling Boutique Working on Bling Boutique since morning. Only able to start my work around 9am coz still feeling sleepy. Last night's visit to abg nizam and kak ani's home extended until 1am. We were not very familiar with Keramat area and it took us 2hours to went there from Puchong, which normally takes half the time. So this morning, my day started late. Alhamdulillah, i made progress today. Managed to complete uploading Telekung Raudhah products and upgraded Bling Boutique to include Order Form, purchase information, delivery info and add functional button in it. Hopefully it will functioning well. Other than work progress, my day is quiet and routine. The usually hectic morning with my two atomic children ;p is having a pause for a week. Aisy and Airy are having their great time in Taiping. Today they went to Kuala Kangsar for breakfast and 'jalan-jalan' with 'tok and wan'. As for Umi, just be at home doing some work, trying to settle as much work as possible today. Umi managed to do some planting and pruning of my small garden besides normal house chores - dinner at 8pm in Alamanda (Dad needs passport size photos for his Master's application, so we went to Alamanda for the purpose, plus having dinner there). By the time we arrived home, it was almost 10pm. Night is the time i usually do all the washing and drying clothes, because during the day, with my two sons and lots (i means LOTS) of issue to attend to, i will never had the time. Midnights are also the time for myself - the only time i can read a few page of my favorite author, surfing the net and replying my customers' email and inquiries. But today i think i need an early retreat. My eyes are barely open now.. so let's call it a day.. Nite!
March 16, 2010 Location: Home Progress: Conteng-Conteng Facelift, Photography for Telekung Raudhah I still need some time to complete this blog. Thinking of uploading my published articles from 1superkids into this blog. As for the section, hmm..haven't found the name yet. So, today mostly i spent the time upgrading Conteng-Conteng, so it'll be more colorful and interactive. I worked on it since 10am this morning and up till 4pm, it is still not completed. But then i realized that tonight i have an appointment with abg nizam.. and i need to complete taking the photos for Telekung Raudhah. Ouch! So, taking a break with Conteng-Conteng, i rushed to my mini studio (actually more to box studio than mini studio..haha..will show you the picture later) to photograph all the 'Telekung' (prayer cloth). By 5.45pm, it finally completed and comes the tedious part - editing the picture. At time this entry is written, i still haven't finished editing the picture. Will continue editing tonight. I need to refresh myself (my husband will be home from work anytime soon. Yeay! Due to my sons are having a time away from home - they are with their grandparents in Taiping for a holiday, I'm having a luxury of time to re-organize and clean my garden and home. This is also the time for me to do creative works! Thinking of decorating my sons' bedroom this weekend. Hmm.. ideas?
March 15, 2010 Location: Home, Putrajaya and Putra Height Progress: Blog Launching Praise to the Almighty, I finally launched my blog today. This blog is dedicated to share my humble experience as a WAHM and raising 2 active children in Malaysia. I will try to blog about my activities, issues and concern daily. In the future, hopefully i will be able to share articles, tips and tricks and provide consultation for aspiring moms who wish to work at home. I believe in constant improvement and self development. |
